Create a Medical Information Card

If you get hurt, then a medic will need to know your information. You can type up the card. It should include your name, phone number, date of birth, medical conditions, blood type, medications, your doctor and emergency to contacts. Your medical information card should be kept in your wallet or behind the trauma plate within your body armor.
